This Brazillian man believes trully that 'dog is a man's best friend' and he took his love for his dog to the extreme when he had a plastic surgeon turn his face into that of his dog. He alos wants to make history as the first dog man in the world. True or not I don't know, I don't live in Brazil and I don't fix Brazillian weavon kpa kpa.
