There has been reliable reports of an explosion of an Improvised Explosive Device (IED) at the bridge linking Festac Town and Amuwo Odofin in Lagos. One man, Oladele Pius, a local sand dealer, was killed while a policeman who came to investigate the incidence was hurt. The traffic there is bumper to bumper now. Details to follow
