Not only will you lose shape you will always be a recipient of all sort of diseases and illnesses that should have been prevented by eating right. A lot of times we ignore our fruits and veggies and I am the number one guilty culprit. I just joined a health group and we are currently on a fruit and veggies challenge. I have gone on a rampage to research on the benefits of eating raw and this is what I have come up with for you. There is more to raw foods than what you think.
