Stop Damaging Your Body!!! You Are Guilty!!!

 It is important that you eat right and break free from damaging your God given body. Not only will you lose shape you will always be a recipient of all sort of diseases and illnesses that should have been prevented by eating right. A lot of times we ignore our fruits and veggies and I am the number one guilty culprit. I just joined a health group and we are currently on a fruit and veggies challenge. I have gone on a rampage to research on the benefits of eating raw and this is what I have come up with for you. There is more to raw foods than what you think. I just remembered that when Jesus was hungry he tried to eat a fig and not rice or beans. When God put Adam and Eve in the garden of Eden, he said all the fruits of the trees they could eat, he never told them to eat the animals or cook rice and beans!
