57 year old, William Mitchell pictured above is a paramedic. On his way to a hospital after his ambulance picked up a semi conscious woman, he groped her breasts and placed her hands on his groin repeatedly! Unfortunately for him CCTV camera caught it all. Another crew member was in front driving when Mitchell went to work on the unconscious girl. He has been charged to court and may face up to 1 year in jail on conviction.
