Sierra and sienna 15 are twins! Unbelievable right? Sierra was born with primordial dwarfism, a dandy walker syndrome which affects the brain and made her to have a smaller body size than people her age. She needs surgery to correct a curvature of her spine. She also needs orthodontic work to correct her jawline amongst other things but she remains lively and happy to be alive. God is awesome.
