Crack Pipe Vending Machine For Drug Users Hit Major Streets!!!

The first ever crack pipe vending machine has been installed in Vancouver. The goal is to stop or reduce the rate at which drug addicted users contract diseases and spread it among themselves. The machines will provide unused  Pyrex crack pipes for just 25cents. The pipes are cheap, durable and unlikely to cut the drug users mouth, which is a major way of spreading HIV, Hepatitis C and other such or other viruses. Drug use damages the health of users so this will safe the government Tax payers money especially in the area of medical expenses. Is this a welcome development? Sometimes what we see as good may not necessarily be so.
